- PAU Pre-assembled units module
Fully assembled and pre-commissioned multi-disciplined Process Modules including categorized equipment and all structural steel, fireproofing, insulation, electrical, piping, and instrumentation within the module perimeter. Ready to install modules and commission at the site.
- PAR Pre-Assembled Piperack Modules
Fully assembled piping modules includes majorly piping, steel structures, electrical and instrument cable trays, fireproofing and insulation that minimizes piping fabrication at site. These modules are qualified for main process pipe racks as well as off-site and utility pipe racks.

NDT
Common NDT tests performed at our facilities include ultrasonic, magnetic-particle, liquid penetrant, radiographic, pulling test, pressure test, continuity test, remote visual inspection (RVI), eddy-current testing, and low coherence interferometry in order to determine the physical properties of materials such as impact resistance, ductility, yield and ultimate tensile strength, fracture toughness, and fatigue strength.
These tests are crucial in identifying material flaws, ensuring the integrity and safety of components, and preventing potential failures during operation. At Tenerife Shipyards, we utilize state-of-the-art equipment and follow rigorous industry standards to conduct these tests accurately and efficiently.
