BWTS ENGINEERING 3D SCANNING AND MODELING

HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC SERVICES FOR RIGS

Design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of all Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

To carry-out factory acceptante tests especially the pressure testing in safe conditions, a dedicated pit has been implemented with a test bench enabling pressure test up to 2 480 bars / 36 000 PSI.

NDT

Common NDT tests performed at our facilities include ultrasonic, magnetic-particle, liquid penetrant, radiographic, pulling test, pressure test, continuity test, remote visual inspection (RVI), eddy-current testing and low coherence interferometry in order to determine the physical properties of materials such as impact resistance, ductility, yield and ultimate tensile strength, fracture toughness and fatigue strength.

Keep employees safe in a safe environment is one of the most important goals in every company.

To ensure proper operation of lifting equipment and verify that is capable of safely lifting its rated capacity is necessary to execute a crane load testing inspection on every new and modified equipment before being placed into the workplace.
