Today we celebrate International Day for Women in Maritime, a key date to recognize the talent, determination, and vision of all the women driving the blue economy globally. Working in the naval industry means facing monumental engineering, logistics, and extreme precision challenges every single day. At Hidramar Group, we are clear that to lead these challenges, talent is the only requirement. In our sector, every role matters. From the workshops and dry docks to project management and command on the bridge, diversity not only enriches our teams but also drives technical excellence. We experienced a clear example of this commitment in the projects we drive from Tenerife Shipyards, such as the highly demanding operation carried out on the Noble Voyager, Noble Corporation.
